Feet!

Well , i havent done Ilo for a few weeks because ive been rather busy getting adjusted to my new schedual and such~ so This weeks theme was Feet and I was talking to my friend Mary who drew babies feet. and i said if i did it this week. I would draw "Synchro Feet" So here you are =). The main focus goes up to the foot~ very quick strokes for me this week.

Cat 2

About this cat - well , this is actually the cat from a cover book called "how to draw cats" I spent around 3 hours on this peice and its about 4 by 4 inches so yeah i was pretty maticulous on how i was doing this. Im really rather proud of it because it has no outlines and is compeletly done by shading and adding more and more layers of pencil on it.

I think I got luck on this one , one of my faviorate things to draw in the world is sea creatures and I just happened to have this picture *nods* =3. So I put it up , I plan on putting up more "Sea" illos this week, curretnly im working on an Octopus =D

Flavor!

Hmmm this was a rather free spirited peice i did . And i was colouring it with my wonderful trusty 3 year old Wacom and i noticed the Unicorn/Pegasus reminded me of the Zebra that is colourfull and is on gum packets. So it instantly reminded me of this weeks Illo Friday. Thinking out of the box is fun =D.

For illo-friday
this drawing just spoke of me a girl who used to be an angel
and through rips and tears she became a demon
also , i used only minimal colours
i chose to show the lips as red , because red is usually the colour of difance usually that leads to broken girls

Remote

Geh had a really slow week wasnt really sure what to do. Ive been so tight with what weve been doing in drawing painting 3 an empty your pockets graphite project has made me like really tight and ive been feeeling lke really stiffed latley. So for this Ill-friday i decided to do something a bit more simple and flat yet still convayng the idea across. Kind of reminds me of a paper-media project bt its not its just plain vector shapes that have been turned into pixels because of Photoshop (hahahahahaha.....) Anyways what was I going to say , announcements throwing me off.... geh..... Oh yeah the theme this week was "Remote" (i think we got screwed over because the theme on Photofriday *havent started that yet* was Retro) I wanted to do something different i know alot of people are going to do a island or a remote controll , but who yet has done an island with clouds parting to see an island? ehhhh ehhh ehh? Okay so i do have some bit of originality in these old bones.

Random fact that I like: A group of Kangaroos is called a Mob.

Cold

A concept and sketch that i scanned and executed in Photoshop , i dont like the feeling of coldness and death wich I relate heavily with so i really did this weeks Illustration friday with a sad note.
The snowman reached out to the butterflies who zoomed away

Sitting in graphic design 3 rubbing my chin and dreading for the next dilemma illustration friday is going to throw at us.
Hopefully I wont hit a brick wall like ive been doing latley. I was looking at one of the people who commented on my last "Float" project , their artwork amazed me its.. simple complicity and it rings of ellegance --- its gotten me inspired to do my next illustration friday like that =3. I must thank you n_n you have become my muse for this weeks Illustration friday what ever it may be.
Im glad my graphic design 3 teacher isnt bringing our class into IF because i would have two classes to do it on , and Fortzwertz and Misterhow seem to be going through some kind of war.
And I dont wish to be stuck in the middle.
Well anywho I hope everyone looks forward to my next post with a picture *looks at the dust bunnies around her and feeds them a carrot and walks off*

Float

Well im redoing this post well because im putting up the image of "Float" for Illustration Friday =3.
And anywho i love the idea of float , just like spreading your wings and fly away and having the ability to fly , soar , spin and not look back on the earth you are leaving behind , and I got the whimsical idea of little pixies floating out of high grass into the sunsent

*yawn* really tired its a friday and im waiting in graphic design for illustration friday to see what this weeks new theme is so i can decide what i need to draw over the weekend and not like freak out about it. (wich would be nice .. but knowing me i will.) Anywho a logo desig for the movie "A night at the opera" have no clue what the movie is about , but I just designed it and im rather fond of it. We were only supposed to use black and white but im kind of cheating and using the colour red.

This is actually a graphic design 3 project that I did wich i am uploading here =3 just for fun. We had to do a coffee logo ( i really dont like coffee and have actually never had some...) And we had to depict "the Joy one feels when drinking coffee". So I doodled and sketched and ripped out some hair. And miracously this little fish popped into my head swimming around. So I drew a coffee cup as a fish with bubbles instead of steam. I suppose people feel the joy of swimming and or watching fish when drinking coffee. Ill have to put some labmice under this to see if it is true. Alas - i dont like Coffee. (nor my schools keyboards..)

This weeks theme on IllustrationFriday is - Escape
Our art teacher has given us the sketch book assignment to do an Escape drawing over the weekend he wants it done by Monday.
Hahah Hope i can do it! =3.
Well I did it and I posted the picture It will be amazing if i can get a 4 . Im suspecting ill get a 2.5 or a 3 @_@ it took me around 3-4 hours to do it. *sigh* my 48 pack of Prisma didnt have enough colours s i had to crank out my own 120 pack at one point.

Printer broke down last night because it isnt installed right since we got our computer back from being repaired - so i had to get my art assignment to school somehow so i did it this way , Hope it works out ok for me - *blugh*
